CHARTER REVISIONS AND INTRA-GUILD POLICY
The Guild Council is responsible for maintaining the charter and
making changes
as necessary. Members of Council may present proposed charter changes in writing to
the council for
consideration. Policy questions or conflicts may be presented in
writing to any council member. The council member will
be responsible for presenting
the case to the Council. Inquiries can also be sent to our Administration.

Section One : Membership
- Applications for Membership

The first step in application
for membership is reading and understanding our charter.
This gives an applicant basic knowledge of guild policy, and
an understanding
of what would be expected of them.
Active Member Status
Active members are those who participate frequently in guild
games or
activities, are present on a regular basis.

a : A member may be moved to inactive status if they are not seen or heard
from for an extended period of time. |

b : Once designated inactive, a member can petition the council for a return
to active status. |
|
c : An extended period of inactive status may result in termination of membership
due to non-participation |
|
d : The council will determine if a returning member must undergo an application
and probationary period again. |
|
e : The council will review memberships periodically, and members who are not actively
participating may be moved to inactive status. : |
|
f. Any rank held by an inactive member will be
forfeited, to be reassigned as needed to an active member.
